Due to the overwhelming interest in reserving a table at the Red Lion during Phil Long’s apre’s ski and night shows, we have put together an easy way to accommodate you.
1) Call our special events number (970-476-7676) tell them the date(s) you are interested in. Or fill out this form and fax it to (970-479-0635). Calling at
10am
(mst) is a great time to take your call.
2) Please specify the area or specific seating you would like to reserve.
3) “High” top tables will require a $500 minimum credit card deposit. (This table sits 8-10 comfortably, but affords a great standing area for 12-15 total) The “FOCUS ON PHIL” front row table requires a $300 minimum credit card deposit. (This table will sit 6-7 comfortably) “4” top tables require a $150 minimum credit card deposit. An automatic 18% gratuity will be added to your bill.
4) For apres-ski seating you must all be present by
3:30
. (No exceptions) For the night show seating you must be present by
8:30pm
. (No exceptions). Any open seats after the aforementioned times will be considered open seating. We will charge only the credit card used to secure the reservation for billing. No exceptions please.
The “minimum charge” concept is the best value for the customer. We know that most of you, who will do this type of reserving, spend this amount anyway. The “reservation minimum” is not a table charge rather it applies directly to your tab! Of course, if you spend less than your minimum, we will “add up” to the agreed minimum amounts, (plus 18% gratuity) have you sign your card and your transaction is complete. Your bill will be tallied up not later than
8pm
for the apre’s reservation and at the end of the evening for the night reservation. We reserve the right to help you drink responsibly. Our hope is that your bill is a responsible mix of food and beverage of your choice.
This is a great way to accommodate you and your friends. We love it because we know you are coming!
This is a tried and successful concept for The Red Lion. It is important that the procedures are followed to minimize any confusion.
